I started this project when I was 16 yeasrs old. And yes I used Dupli-Color paint
for the body and interior and frame. We painted it in our garage with a hand made
paint booth we saw on the show Trucks. I had to replace the quarter panels, running
boards, cab top and floor boards because they where rusted away. Through this 6 year
process I learned from my father how to do bodywork, weld and paint. We used the
running gear out of a 95 Corvette that had 27,000 miles on it. On July 28 we are
heading to Oregon for a car show. Since we completed it I have put 16,000 miles on
it. Here are the specs. 95 Corvette running gear Fully independent front suspension.
9 bolt Chevy rear end.4 wheel power disc brakes. Power steering. 2-1/2'' flowmasters.
Air conditiong. Power windows.Ultra leather interior. 17'' American Torque Thrust
wheels. Paint is Dupli-Color silver.
